How to play:
Dice games can be played in any chatroom
Top 3 chatroom owner with the highest number of games won in his chatroom will be the winner
Top 4 Highest game winners will be rewarded (based on total games won)
Game players and winners can be normal users or merchants
Refunded games are not counted and usage of multi-ids will result in the user being disqualified
